生活满意度与居民幸福感——基于Logistic模型的实证研究

Life Satisfaction and Resident Hppiness——An Empirical Study based on Logistic Model

本文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和Logistic回归模型法,以居民幸福感与生活满意度调查数据为基础,对生活满意度及其要素与居民幸福感之间的假设关系进行检验。研究发现,居民幸福感影响因素Logistic模型具有统计学意义,生活满意度对居民幸福感有显著正向影响。研究结论在一定程度上有利于城市建设管理者更多关注居民对邻里中心的满意程度,从而加快新区人口集聚速度,促进新区产业发展。文章最后,从改善邻里中心居民生活体验、为新区吸引更多人口等方面提出意见建议。

This paper uses the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and Logistic re-gression model, based on the residents＇ happiness and life satisfaction survey data, to test the hypothesis the relationship between satisfaction and its elements and residents happiness life. The study found that the Logistic model was statistically significant and that life satisfaction had a significant positive effect on residents＇ happiness. The research conclusion is beneficial to the urban construction managers to pay more at-tention to the residents＇ satisfaction with the neighborhood center, so as to accelerate the population gath-ering speed and promote the development of the new district industry. Finally, Suggestions are made on improv-ing the living experience of neighborhood residents and attracting more population to the new area.
