普惠金融服务下小微企业营商环境探析

普惠金融对小微企业营商环境究竟有何影响？不同的衡量指标在普惠金融服务下是否表现出同比例的变化关系？本文采用数据对比和图形分析的方法,从宏观五大市场环境与微观层面上的十项衡量指标入手,分层次比较小微企业营商环境的改善情况。研究表明,普惠金融服务下小微企业营商环境得到改善。但是,对衡量小微企业营商环境各项指标的改善程度具有差异性。因此,再进一步发展普惠金融,应充分发挥其对发展小微企业的积极作用,同时注重不同企业间差异化的发展需求。区分不同指标间的发展特征及差异点,瞄准具体缺陷,对标差距寻求发展点,以提高普惠金融的服务效率和改善小微企业营商环境的精准性。

How does inclusive finance affect the business environment of small and micro enterprises？ Are there different metrics showing proportional changes in inclusive financial services？ The article uses data comparison and graphic analysis methods to start with the macro-scale measurement of the top five market envi-ronments and the micro-level, and compares the improvement of the business environment of small and micro en-terprises. Research shows that under the inclusive financial services, the business environment of small and micro enterprises has improved. However, there are differences in the degree of improvement in measuring var-ious indicators of the business environment of small and micro enterprises. Therefore, to further develop in-clusive finance, we must give full play to its positive role in the development of small and micro enterprises,and at the same time pay attention to the development needs of different enterprises. Differentiate develop-ment characteristics and differences between different indicators, aim at specific defects, and seek develop-ment points for the target gaps, so as to increase the service efficiency of inclusive finance and improve the accuracy of the business environment of small and micro enterprises.
