煤炭企业招投标过程成本控制研究

Research on Cost Control in Coal Enterprises’ Bidding Process

随着市场经济的高度发展,招投标在整个国民经济中发挥的作用越来越大,如何实现招投标在资源配置中的作用成为关键问题。长期以来,中国企业在进行商品、服务交易过程中虽然积极采用招投标形式,但效率低下、对成本控制环节不够重视、纠纷不断的情况仍然普遍存在。针对这些现象,本文从全过程造价管理视角出发,重点对传统能源行业中的的煤炭企业在招投标过程中影响成本控制的因素进行分析,并针对问题提出有效降低成本的方法、措施。

With the rapid development of the market economy, bidding plays an increasingly important role in the entire national economy. How to play the role of bidding in resource allocation has become a key issue.For a long time, Chinese enterprises have actively adopted the form of bidding in the process of conducting goods and services transactions, but the inefficiency, insufficient cost control links, and persistent dis-putes are still widespread. In view of these phenomena, the article starts from the perspective of the whole process cost management, and focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the cost control in the bidding process of coal enterprises in the traditional energy industry, and proposes methods and measures to effec-tively reduce costs.
