基层医疗机构医院感染管理的现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Current Situation of Nosocomial Infection Management and Their Influencing Factors in Grassroot Medical Institutions

目的:分析基层医疗机构医院感染管理的现状及其影响因素,供医疗安全质量管理参考。方法:抽取2015年1月—2016年12月间本县38家基层医疗机构医院感染管理的现状资料,采用医院感染管理专项标准,分析其基层医疗机构医院感染管理的现状及其影响因素。结果:38个基层医疗机构医院感染管理总体得分值小于85分,均不同程度存在医院感染管理组织不健全、感染监测缺乏措施、医院感染管理不规范、手卫生执行差等问题。结论:基层医疗机构由于领导不重视、基础设施不健全、相关人员培训不到位是影响医院感染管理的重要因素。

Objective：To analyze the current situation of nosocomial infection management and their influencing factors in grassroots medical institutions, and to provide the reference of medical safety quality management. Methods：The data of current situation of hospital infection management of 38 primary medical institutions in the county between January 2015 and December 2016 were selected. The current situation of hospital infection management in 38 primary medical institutions and its influencing factors were analyzed by using special standard of hospital infection management. Results：The overall score of the 38 institutions were less than 85 points. All the institutions had the different degree of problems like lacking of infection monitoring, lacking of standardization in the management of hospital infection and the low execution rate of hand hygiene. Conclusion：The important influencing factors are lack of leadership,inadequate infrastructure and insufficient training of related staff.
