Design of high precision digital weighing force measuring system based on resistive strain sensor

摘要 针对电阻应变传感器实验装置稳定性差、灵敏度低的缺陷,保留电阻应变片桥式测量电路的构思,拓展设计并实现了一款更加稳定的高精度数字化的称重测量系统。该系统是基于电阻应变传感器、以单片机EFM8SB10G为核心的称重测量系统,7寸增强型USART HMI智能串口屏显示波形和数据,测量范围0-5Kg,测量精度±1g,还可进行多路扩展功能的实现。 Aiming at the shortcomings of poor stability and low sensitivity of resistors and strain gauges,the design of resistive strain gauge bridge measuring circuit is reserved,expand the design and implementation of a more stable high-precision digital weighing force measurement system.The system is based on resistance strain sensor,single-chip EFM8SB10G as the core of the weighing system,7-inch enhanced USART HMI intelligent serial screen display waveform and data,measuring range 0-5 Kg,measurement accuracy of ± 1 g,but also multi-Implementation of extended functionality.
