办公自动化系统在企业应用中的发展方向

随着我国正处于全面深化改革的重要阶段,企业合理应用高效的办公自动化系统（OAS）,将员工从繁琐、无序、低端的工作中解放出来从事核心事务,可整体提高企业办事的工作效率和对信息的可控性。鉴于近年来办公自动化在企业中的发展,通过对国内各类企业办公自动化系统计算机技术的对比研究,本文旨在分析办公自动化在企业中的常用功能,探究Lotus Domino、MVC架构、B/S模式的技术应用。并且展望企业办公自动化系统结合智能化计算机技术在的安全性、实用性的方向。

With the vital stage of comprehensively deepening reform,by rational using of Office Automation System（ OAS）,enterprises can liberate some employees from tedious,disorder and low business to core issues,it will improve the efficiency of company operations and enhance the controllability of information.In view of the Office Automation development of enterprises in recently years,according to contrastive researching of OAS computer technologies in domestic varieties of enterprises,this article,which is aimed at analyzing OA commonly used functions in enterprises,exploring technique application about Lotus Domino,MVC framework,and B/S pattern.And it provides an outlook of security and practicability development direction in future,on the basis of enterprises OAS combined with intelligent computer technology.
