摘要
基于佛山市供电营业厅的运营管理现状,本论文梳理了其数据共享水平低、监控体系薄弱和运转效率低的问题,创新性地搭建了基于数据集成和可视化技术的实体服务渠道运营展示平台,推动全市范围内营业厅的多渠道集约化协同运作。通过全面完善数据服务链条,对供电营业厅运营集中管控的革新,提升业务服务能力和运营管理的效率,实现精益化管理。
Based on the operation management situation of the electricity power supply service centers in Foshan city,this paper analyzes the weakness regarding the data sharing ability,monitoring system and operation efficiency.An operation display platform for physical service channel,which utilizes data integration methods and visualization tools,is built up to drive the centralized and cooperative operation of multi channels in Foshan city.By the consummation of data service chain,service capacity and operation efficiency are improved,leading to the innovation of centralized control and lean management.
