摘要
目前国内外在智能变电站继电保护系统可靠性评估方面已开展了一些工作,但在评估过程中均未考虑智能变电站可利用站内冗余信息识别故障元件这一特点,导致保护系统可靠性被低估。文中首先对智能变电站的继电保护系统架构及元件可靠性进行分析,进而提出了一种基于虚拟支路的智能变电站继电保护系统可靠性评估方法。其以虚拟支路的形式综合考虑了站内信息冗余与数据交换对不同类型保护可靠性的影响,最后通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
At present,some research work has been done focusing on the reliability assessment methods of smart substation.However,the reliability of the protection system is underestimated in the evaluation process without considering the redundant information in the smart substation which can identify the fault components.Firstly,the system architecture and the component reliability of relay protection system in smart substation is analyzed.Then a reliability evaluation of the relay protection system in smart substation considering virtual branch is proposed,in which the influence of redundancy and data exchange on the reliability of different protection types is considered in the form of virtual branch.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
