摘要 具有不同化学成分的A级(GA)船用钢和高强度钢DH36船用钢被广泛使用。本文首先比较了GA钢和DH36钢的强度。然后,通过热处理用GA钢制备具有不同马氏体体积分数的4种类型的双相(DP)钢。与其他钢比较了显微组织、显微硬度、拉伸性能。结果表明,800℃和900℃淬火的DP钢试样具有比DH36钢更好的强度。900℃淬火的DP钢的抗拉强度是GA钢的2.52倍,是DH36钢的1.98倍。 A-grade(GA) marine steel with different chemical composition and DH36 marine steel with high strength were widely used. First, the strengths of GA steel and DH36 steel were compared. Then, the 4 types of dual phase(DP) steel with different martensite volume fractions were prepared by GA steel and its heat treatment. The microstructure,micro-hardness and tensile properties were compared with other steels. The results show that the DP steel samples quenched at800℃and 900℃have better strength than that of DH36 steel. The tensile strength of DP steel quenched at 900℃is 2.52 times that of GA steel and 1.98 times that of DH36 steel.
