摘要
针对水泥混凝土路面抗滑性能衰减不足的现状,对现有水泥路面拉毛、刻槽、露石等表面功能处理方式的抗滑性能和衰减性能,采用相应的试验方法进行评价。通过测试发现:对不同纹理特征的混凝土路面,抗滑性能从大到小依次为:大粒径露石路面大于小粒径露石路面大于沥青路面大于横向刻槽路面大于拉毛路面;使用不同细度模数的砂子,其路面性能存在差异,砂子细度模数直接影响了露石度,露石度对露石深度与构造深度均呈线性关系,其原理可解释为:露石的逐渐增多,露石提供的构造深度为碎石表面的微观构造和凸起形成的宏观构造,这两方面提供的构造面积远大于砂浆提供的微观构造,因而露石路面的抗滑性较水泥路面大大增加,从试验结果看,使用去除4.75 mm以上粒径砂子铺筑的露石混凝土路面效果较好;对比了普通水泥刻槽与露石路面耐磨抗滑衰减,刻槽混凝土的质量变化最大,普通拉毛混凝土次之,露石路面最小,结果表明,普通水泥混凝土表层砂浆很容易磨蚀,对于露石路面从耐磨耗性角度考量,建议使用固化剂进行塑性阶段的固化和养护。
Regarding the anti-skid performance deterioration of cement concrete pavement, this paper evaluated the anti-slide performance of surface functional treatment modes. The test revealed that the sequence from large to small of anti-skid performance of concrete pavement of different textural features is large size exposed-aggregate pavement, small size exposed-aggregate pavement, asphalt pavement, transverse grooved pavement and galling pavement. The pavement performance exists difference using sands with different fineness modulus that directly influence the exposed-aggregate degree. Compared to the cement pavement, the exposed-aggregate pavement paved by the sands with particle size of less than 4.75 mm has better anti-slide performance. In terms of anti-skid performance, the grooved concrete presents biggest quality change, while the galling concrete takes second place and the exposed-aggregate pavement is minimum.
