摘要
通过对添加有机温拌剂后沥青的性能进行测试并对指标结果分析,有机温拌剂使沥青高温性能得到改善,同时低温性能、感温性能、黏附性能以及黏结性能均出现了下降,而SBS改性剂能够减弱温拌剂对沥青形成的负面作用。可以通过提高沥青延度、针入度指数、沥青与石料的黏附性、黏结力指标的控制标准,以确保掺加有机温拌剂后沥青的性能。可将沥青黏附性与黏结力作为优选有机温拌剂的指标,以确保温拌沥青在混合料整体结构中的力学作用。
Through the test on the performance of asphalt with the addition of organic warm mix agent and analysis on the indicator result, it is found that the high-temperature performance of asphalt could be improved by organic warm mix agent, and the low-temperature performance, temperature susceptibility, adhesion property and bond performance decreased simultaneously. Moreover, SBS modifier could mitigate the negative effect of warm mix agent on asphalt. The asphalt ductility, penetration index, adhesion of asphalt and stone, control standards of cohesive force index could be enhanced so as to ensure the asphalt performance after adding organic warm mix agent. To guarantee the mechanical function of warm mix asphalt in the overall structure of mixture, the adhesion and cohesive force of asphalt could be taken as the optimum indexes for organic warm mix agent.
