摘要
为确定Sasobit温拌橡胶沥青混合料的施工温度,研究其路用性能,采用目标空隙率控制法确定合理的压实温度,通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、真空饱水马歇尔试验分别对混合料的高温性能、低温性能以及水稳定性能进行分析。结果发现,基于目标空隙率确定施工温度的方法较为可取;对AC-13混合料而言,3%~3.5%Sasobit的掺加可使得橡胶沥青混合料的压实温度下降29.4℃~32.5℃;3.25%Sasobit的掺加可使得橡胶沥青混合料的高温性能以及水稳定性能得到提升,但是低温抗开裂性能却稍有弱化。
To determine the construction temperature of Sasobit warm mixing rubber asphalt mixture and study its road performance, this paper determined the reasonable compaction temperature using the objective void rate control methods. Through the rutting test,low temperature bending test, vacuum water saturation Marshall test, it also respectively analyzed the high temperature, low temperature and water stability performance of the mixture.
