血清视黄醇结合蛋白4及性激素水平与子宫内膜增生患者子宫内膜厚度的关系 被引量:3

Relationships between serum levels of retinol conjugated protein 4,sex hormone and endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial hyperplasia

摘要 目的探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)及性激素水平与子宫内膜增生患者子宫内膜厚度的关系,旨在提高女性患者的生活质量。方法选取2016年2月-2017年2月该院妇科收治的子宫内膜增生患者107例为研究对象,根据疾病类型分为单纯及复杂性子宫内膜增生组(A组)和非典型子宫内膜增生组(B组),同时根据子宫内膜增生程度分为增生期及分泌期(C组)和子宫内膜增生过长(D组),另外选取同期在该院体检中心体检的健康志愿者53例为对照组。检测受试者血清RBP4及性激素水平,比较子宫内膜增生患者与健康志愿者血清中RBP4及性激素水平,同时比较不同类型和不同程度子宫内膜增生患者血清中RBP4及性激素水平,并分析影响子宫内膜增生发生及发展的危险因素。结果子宫内膜增生患者血清中RBP4、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)及睾酮水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);B组患者血清中RBP4、FSH、LH、E_2、P及睾酮水平均明显高于A组(P<0.05);D组患者血清中RBP4、FSH、LH、E_2、P及睾酮水平均明显高于C组(P<0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,RBP4、FSH、E_2及P为子宫内膜增生的影响因素。结论血清RBP4及性激素水平与子宫内膜增生发生及发展密切相关,RBP4、FSH、E_2及P是影响子宫内膜增生患者子宫内膜厚度的危险因素,临床上应注意相关因素变化,预防子宫内膜增生的发生与发展。 Objective To explore the relationships between serum levels of retinol conjugated protein 4( RBP4),sex hormone and endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial hyperplasia,improve the quality of life of female patients. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017,107 patients with endometrial hyperplasia treated in Department of Gynecology in Chengdu Western Hospital were selected as study object,then they were divided into group A( simple and complex endometrial hyperplasia) and group B( atypical endometrial hyperplasia) according to types of the disease; at the same time,all the patients were divided into group C( hyperplasia stage and secretion stage)and group D( endometrial hyperplasia) according to the degree of endometrial hyperplasia. Fifty-three healthy women receiving physical examination during the same period in the hospital were selected as control group. The levels of serum RBP4 and sex hormones were detected.The levels of serum RBP4 and sex hormones in patients with endometrial hyperplasia and healthy women were compared. Among the patients with endometrial hyperplasia,the levels of serum RBP4 and sex hormones in patients of different types and degrees of endometrial hyperplasia were also compared. The risk factors of occurrence and development of endometrial hyperplasia were analyzed. Results The levels of serum RBP4,follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH),estradiol( E2),progesterone( P),and testosterone in patients with endometrial hyperplasia were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05). The levels of serum RBP4,FSH,LH,E2,P,and testosterone in group B were statistically significantly higher than those in group A( P〈0. 05). The levels of serum RBP4,FSH,LH,E2,P,and testosterone in group D were statistically significantly higher than those in group C( P〈0. 05). Multivariate nonconditional logistic regression analysis showed that RBP4, FSH, E2, and P were influencing factors of endometrial hyperplasia.Conclusion The levels of serum RBP4 and sex hormones are closely correlated with occurrence and development of endometrial hyperplasia. RBP4,FSH,E2,and P are risk factors of endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial hyperplasia. More attention should be paid to the changes of related factors to avoid occurrence and development of endometrial hyperplasia.
