摘要
目的研究我院药品分发中存在的问题以及相关应对措施。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月我院发生的药品管理不良事件进行回顾性分析,通过对药品分发及管理中存在的问题进行分析从而制定合理有效的应对措施。结果本次研究中总共出现药品管理不良事件156件,其中药品使用过量34例、药品变质52例、药品摆放混乱42例、药品档案记录不明确28例。结论我院在对药品的分发以及管理中仍存在诸多问题,加强对药品的管理、提升管理人员专业素养,加强对档案记录的管理等措施是减少我院药品分发及管理问题的有效措施。
Objective To study the problems in the distribution of drugs in our hospital and the related countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis of adverse drug management events occurred in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 was conducted. Through the analysis of problems in drug distribution and management, reasonable and effective response measures were formulated. Results A total of 156 adverse drug management incidents occurred in this study, including 34 cases of overdose of drugs, 52 cases of drug deterioration, 42 cases of drug confusion, and 28 cases of undocumented drug records. Conclusion There are still many problems in the distribution and management of medicines in our hospital. Strengthening the management of medicines, improving the professional quality of management personnel, and strengthening the management of records management are effective measures to reduce the problems of drug distribution and management in our hospital.
