分析完善药品管理与发放制度对西药房工作效率的影响

Analysis and Improvement of the Effect of Drug Management and Dispensing System on the Work Efficiency of Western Pharmacy

目的探讨完善药品管理与发放制度对西药房工作效率的影响。方法将2015年6月至2016年5月未完善药品管理与发放制度的1223张处方作为对照组,并且将2016年6月至2017年6月完善药品管理与发放制度的1223张处方为观察组,进而对两组取药时间、药品盘点时间及给药差错率进行比较和分析。结果观察组工作人员的取药时间和药品盘点时间明显短于对照组工作人员的取药时间和药品盘点时间,并且观察组工作人员的工作质量评分(92.23±5.78)分明显高于对照组工作人员的工作质量评分(84.45±3.66)分,P<0.05。结论对西药房药品管理及发放制度做好管理和完善方面的工作,有利于西药房工作效率的提升,对于医院日常工作的顺利开展也有着极大的促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of improving drug administration and dispensing system on the work efficiency of western pharmacy. Methods The time of drug inventory and the error rate of drug delivery were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The time of taking medicine and the time for drug taking of the staff in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the score of the work quality of the observation group（92.23±5.78） was significantly higher than that of the control group（84.45±3.66）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The management and improvement of the drug management and distribution system in Western pharmacy is beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of the western pharmacy and has a great effect on the smooth development of the daily work of the hospital.
