探析人文关怀在尿毒症患者护理中的应用及效果

Exploring the Application and Effect of Humanistic Care in Nursing Care of Uremia Patients

目的对于尿毒症患者进行护理时实施人文关怀,对其应用及效果进行探析。方法本研究从2017年3月至2018年3月在我院进行治疗的尿毒症患者中选取200例作为研究对象,将研究对象按照随机平均的方式分为对照组和研究组,其中针对对照组的尿毒症患者采用常规性的护理措施,针对研究组尿毒症患者在进行护理过程中加以实施人文关怀,对比两组患者HAMD和HAMA评分,并分析两组护理效果以及护理满意度。结果 (1)研究组患者所获得的HAMD和HAMA评分比对照组的低;(2)研究组患者所取得的护理效果要优于对照组;(3)研究组患者所取得的护理满意度要比对照组的高。以上均采用统计学分析,存在明显差别。结论针对尿毒症患者进行护理措施时可以加以实施人文关怀,其可以促进护理效果,具有高效的应用价值。

Objective To carry out humanistic care in the care of uremic patients, and to analyze their application and effect. Methods This study selected 200 cases of uremic patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as study subjects. The subjects were divided into control group and study group according to the random average method. Patients in the uremic group were treated with routine nursing measures. The uremia patients in the study group were subjected to humanistic care during the nursing process. The scores of HAMD and HAMA were compared between the two groups, and the nursing effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results（1） The HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group;（2） The nursing effect of the study group patients was better than that of the control group;（3） The satisfaction of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group. All of the above were statistically analyzed and there were significant differences. Conclusion Humanistic care can be applied to nursing care for patients with uremia. It can promote nursing care and has high application value.
