胫骨骨搬运微循环再生技术治疗糖尿病足的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience on the Treatment of Diabetic Foot by Microcirculation Regeneration Technique of Tibial Bone Handling

目的研究胫骨骨搬运微循环再生技术治疗糖尿病足的临床护理。方法取材于近两年(2015年至2017年)来我院治疗糖尿病足的患者,数量为16例,使用胫骨骨搬运微循环再生技术治疗患者,然后将选取的患者平均分为两组。传统方法护理其中一组患者(对照组),剩余一组给予综合护理(观察组),通过记录患者的病情改善情况,分析两种护理方法的作用效果。结果观察组患者的各项病症改善情况与对照组进行比较明显较好,观察组需要截肢的患者数量以及所需住院治疗时间与对照组进行比较也明显较少,观察组患者对于护理工作的满意情况也明显较高P<0.05。结论胫骨骨搬运微循环再生技术治疗患者的过程中落实综合性护理,能够显著改善患者的病情,需要截肢患者数量以及患者所需住院治疗时间明显减少,与传统护理方法进行比较具有更高的应用价值,值得在糖尿病足患者的治疗中选择使用。

Objective To study the clinical nursing of diabetic foot treated with tibial bone transport microcirculation regeneration technology. Methods In the past two years（from 2015 to 2017）, the number of diabetic foot patients in our hospital was 16, and the tibial bone transport microcirculation technology was used to treat patients. Then the selected patients were divided into two groups. The traditional method of nursing is a group of patients（control group）, the remaining group was given comprehensive care（observation group）, the effect of the two methods of nursing was analyzed by recording the patient＇s condition improvement. Results Observations were compared with the control group significantly improve the symptoms of patients, the observation group of patients requiring amputation and the required number of hospitalization time and the control group were also significantly less, patients in the observation group satisfaction for nursing work was significantly higher P〈0.05. Conclusion Tibial bone transport microcirculation regeneration process technology treatment in patients with the implementation of comprehensive nursing, can significantly improve the patient＇s condition, and the number of patients required amputation patients required hospitalization time was significantly reduced, and the traditional nursing method has higher application value, worthy of use in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot.
