摘要 mi RNA为一种内源性RNA,能够通过与m RNA(靶基因信使)的互补序列进行完全或者不完全的结合,而对其进行降解,并对其翻译进行阻止,将调节作用发挥出来。急性缺血性脑卒中是危害人类生命安全的重要疾病,而近年来,有大量研究显示,在急性缺血性脑卒中发生及发展的过程中mi RNA均具有重要的作用。本文就对急性缺血性脑卒中患者中循环mi RNA的相关研究进展进行综述。 mi RNA is an endogenous RNA that can be completely or incompletely combined with complementary sequences of m RNA(target gene messenger) to degrade it and block its translation and exert its regulation effect. Acute ischemic stroke is an important disease that threatens human life safety. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that mi RNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of acute ischemic stroke. This article reviews the research progress of circulating mi RNA in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
