Interpretation of New Stricter Restricted Requirements for Dyes and Organic Pigments Recently Implemented by ETAD

为了适应当前市场上对化学品安全要求和环境保护的新形势和支持2020年有害化学物质零排放的目标，文中对ETAD最近实施的染颜料产品更为严格的新版限制物质道德规范进行了解读，并将此新道德规范与ZDHC的MRSL 1．1版作了比较。它们不仅对我国染颜料的研究、生产、贸易和应用起到积极的作用，而且对我国染料工业的创新驱动和转型发展具有重要的意义。

In order to suit the new situation of chemical safety requirements and environmental protection on the current market and to support the goal of zero discharge of hazardous chemicals by 2020, the new stricter moral standard of restricted substances for dyes and organic pigments recently implemented by ETAD were in this article interpreted. Moreover, a comparison between the new moral standard of restricted substances and the MRSL v. 1.1 of ZDHC was made. They were not only beneficial to the research, production, trade and application in the dyestuff industry of our country, but also possess on important significance to the industrial innovation and transformation.
