摘要
针对某中间体合成阶段产生的苯胺类废水,经重氮化后,重氮盐与颜料合成工段产生的色酚废水进行偶合,得到了偶氮化合物沉淀。经过滤后,废水的苯胺值及COD(化学需氧量)均显著降低,总脱除率分别达到了99.40%和34.53%。
The aniline waste water from intermediate synthesis process was diazotized, then coupled with AAOA waste water, resulting the insoluble diazo compound. After filtration, the total removal ratios of aniline and COD (chemical oxygen demand) reached up to 99.40% and 34.53% separately.
