摘要
南水北调江水入京改变了北京市水资源供水格局,同时衍生供水新课题——南调江水水源供给不足时的长时间缺水问题的解决。在2017年初北京市水资源形势分析的基础上,从水资源调度的角度以缺水量、可供水量计算,调度路径方案比选,水量配置及水质对比分析等为重点,探索分析岳城水库调水入京的可行性,提出优化调度决策的建议,具有典型案例参考价值。
The South-to-North water transfer into Beijing changes the pattern of water supply in this region.The project also derive new tasks of water supply, such as "the solutions of the south river water supply shortage to the shortage of water in a long period". Based on analyzing the situation of water resources in early 2017 in Beijing, from the point of the scheduling of water resources, the water deficit amount, supply amount calculation, scheduling path scheme are selected. Besides, the water allocation and water quality analysis, etc.,are emphasized. This study is to explore the feasibility of water transfer from Yuecheng reservoir into Beijing,and to put forward suggestions for the optimization of scheduling decisions with common reference value of a typical case.
