维A酸片致女性外阴溃疡1例

A case of female vulvar ulcer induced by tretinoin tablets

本文报道了1例49岁女性患者使用维A酸片致外阴溃疡的不良反应。结合患者临床治疗过程及相关文献,对维A酸致女性生殖器溃疡的临床表现、处理方法、发病机制进行讨论。本例患者在维A酸片治疗第6天出现外阴溃疡,予停用维A酸片及聚维酮碘溶液坐浴对症处理后,外阴溃疡最终消失。在维A酸治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者的过程中,应警惕生殖器溃疡的发生风险。

To report a case of vulvar ulcer induced by tretinoin tablets in a 49-year-old female patient. Referring to relevant literatures and clinical treatment process, the clinical manifestations, treatment methods, and pathogenesis of female genital ulcer induced by tretinoin were discussed. The patient developed a vulvar ulceron on the 6th day of tretinoin tablets treatment. After discontinuating tretinoin tablets and hip bathofpovidone iodine solution, the vulvar ulcer disappeared finally. The risk of genital ulcers should be aware of in patients receiving tretinoin for acute promyelocytic leukemia（APL）.
