高血压脑出血术后并发消化道出血的预防护理

Preventive nursing on digestive tract hemorrhage after hypertensive intracerebral cerebral hemorrhage operation

目的探讨高血压脑出血术后并发消化道出血的预防护理效果。方法选择2015年12月-2017年12月在天津市环湖医院接受高血压脑出血手术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序前30例为对照组,后30例为观察组。两组均给予常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理基础上给予预防护理模式,观察两组出血发生率、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组的消化道出血发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的26.7%;观察组住院时间短于对照组,观察组的平均治疗费用少于对照组;观察组的护理满意度为90.0%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血术后实施消化道出血的预防护理,能够降低患者的消化道出血发生率,改善患者的治疗满意度以及降低住院时间、平均治疗费用。

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing on digestive tract hemorrhage after hypertensive intracerebral cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral cerebral hemorrhage operation in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected. According to the order of admission, the first 30 cases were the control group, and the latter 30 were the observation group. The two groups were given routine nursing, and the observation group was given preventive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of hemorrhage, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence of digestive tract hemorrhage in the observation group was 6.7%, which was lower than the control of 26.7%. The hospitaliza tion time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the average treatment cost in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing was 90.0% in the observation group, higher than 66.7% of the control group. The differences above all were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preventive nursing on digestive tract hemorrhage after hypertensive intracerebral cerebral hemorrhage operation can reduce the incidence of digestive tract hemorrhage, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce hospitalization time, average cost.
