摘要
目的分析评估人性化护理在糖尿病患者护理工作中的临床价值。方法选择2016年1-12月天津市第四中心医院内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规一般护理,观察组在常规一般护理基础上给予人性化护理。采用问卷调查分析评估两组患者对临床治疗的依从性和护理工作满意度。结果观察组患者依从性和满意度分别为96.67%(58/60)、98.33%(59/60),高于对照组的78.33%(47/60)、83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施人性化护理能够改善患者焦虑、不安等心理损伤,提高患者对治疗的依从性和护理的满意度,有利于患者自身康复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of humanized nursing in the nursing work of diabetic patients. Methods 120 diabetic patients hospitalized in Endocrinology Department of Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional general nursing,the observation group was give humanized nursing on the basis of conventional general nursing. Questionnaires were used to evaluate the compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were 96.67%(58/60) and 98.33%(59/60) respectively, higher than 78.33%(47/60) and 83.33%(50/60) of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing in patients with diabetes can improve patients psychological, such as anxiety and restlessness, and improve patients' adherence to treatment and nursing satisfaction, which is beneficial to the patient's own rehabilitation.
