以人民为中心是共享发展的核心要义。构建以人民为中心的共享发展保障机制是推动新时代我国经济社会持续健康发展的必然选择,是实现新时代我国社会公平正义的根本要求,也是新时代我国全面建成小康社会的目标要求。从人民视角来看,共享发展还面临一些困境,如发展内容难以满足人民需要、共享共建主体联动不够有力、经济增长与利益共享存在落差、共享发展相关制度不完善等。构建以人民为中心的共享发展机制要以人民需求为准则丰富共享发展内容,建构共享发展的多元主体联动机制,完善共享发展的利益调节机制,优化共享发展的制度保障机制。

The construction of the people-centered shared development guarantee mechanism is the inevitable choice to promote the sustainable and healthy development of our country in the new era. It is the fundamental requirement to realize the social fairness and justice of our country and the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the new era. From the view of people, it is difficult to meet the needs of the people for the development of content, there is not enough force for the joint construction of the main body, there is a gap between economic growth and benefit sharing, and the relevant system for sharing development is not perfect. To build the people-centered shared development realization mechanism, we must optimize the sharing of development content based on people＇s needs, build a multi-subject dynamic mechanism, improve the interest adjustment mechanism, and improve the institutional guarantee mechanism.
