胎儿颈项透明层(NT)自动定位及厚度测量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究目的探讨《超声图像胎儿颈项透明层(NT)定位及厚度测量软件》临床应用的可行性,规范早孕期NT检验的市场评价体系。研究对象随机选取2014年5月14日至2017年6月30日来我院产检的170例孕11+0w-孕13+6w怀孕女性NT测量超声图片(胎儿头臀径为45mm-83mm),每列图像包括有NT标记和无NT标记有NT标记的,作为对照组;无NT标记的使用"超声图像胎儿颈项透明层(NT)定位及厚度测量软件"进行软件自动识别测量,测量数据作为观察组。结果二者比较,观察组数据无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "超声图像胎儿颈项透明层(NT)定位及厚度测量软件"测量结果与医师手动测量并无明显差异,有很好的临床应用价值,可提高测量效率及准确性。
