农村土地承包地块示意图批量自动生成方法研究

Research on Automatic Batch Generation of Rural Land Contractual Parcel Schematic Diagram

针对农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证过程中承包地示意图制作工作量大、流程繁琐、重复操作的问题,提出了一种承包地块示意图批量自动生成的方法,并运用ESRI提供的ArcObjects和ArcPy二次开发接口相结合对该方法进行了实现。实验结果表明,通过该方法只需要简单地设置几个参数即可进行承包地块示意图的批量化自动生成,整个过程无需人工干预,生成的图形美观、信息准确,既满足了成果归档的要求,也提高了颁证工作的效率。

Contractual parcel schematic diagram mapping in registration and certification of the right to rural land contractual management is a repetitious and fussy process with large workload.This paper puts forward an automatic batch generation method of contractual parcel schematic diagram and implements it combined with the second development interface of ArcObjects and ArcPy provided by ESRI.Experiment resultshows thatthis methodneeds simple parameter setting and is free of manual intervention in the whole process,and the generated diagram is aesthetic with accurate information.This method no only meets the filing demand but also promote the efficiency of certification work.
