摘要
目的设计并合成系列二氢卟吩类化合物,并对其化学位移进行归属。方法将叶绿素a经过酸、碱降解反应,制备脱镁叶绿酸a,以其作为原料制备二氢卟吩类化合物,采用HRMS、1D (~1HNMR、^(13)CNMR、DEPT)和2D (HMQC、HMBC、~1H-~1HCOSY)等波谱技术对目标化合物的结构进行表征。结果制备了5个二氢卟吩类化合物。其中,二氢卟吩f丁醚为首次得到。结论文中结果丰富了二氢卟吩类化合物的结构类型,可为其活性研究提供化学基础。
OBJECTIVE To design and synthesize a series of chlorin derivatives,and to assign the chemical shift for these compounds. METHODS Chlorophyll a was used as starting materials,and pheophorbide a was synthesized by acid-alkali degradation reactions. Then a series of chlorin compounds was obtained by further modifying pheophorbide a. These chlorin compounds were characterized by HRMS,1D NMR(~1HNMR,^(13) CNMR,DEPT) and 2D NMR( HMQC,HMBC,~1 H-~1 HCOSY). RESULTS Five chlorin compounds were synthesized,hence enriching the types of chlorins. It was the first time that chlorinf-butyl ether was synthesized. CONCLUSION The study provids the possibility for the further activity study of chlorin compounds.
