摘要
目的研究赤芝Ganoderma lucidum子实体中的三萜类成分。方法通过硅胶柱色谱和制备HPLC法分离化合物,用多种波谱解析手段鉴定其结构。结果与结论分离得到了6个三萜类化合物,分别为ganosinensic acid C(Ⅰ)、灵芝烯酸D(Ⅱ)、灵芝酸C6(Ⅲ)、赤芝酸A(Ⅳ)、灵芝酸N(Ⅴ)、灵芝酸H(Ⅵ);其中化合物Ⅰ为具有特殊的五环骨架体系结构的羊毛甾烷三萜类新化合物。
OBJECTIVE To study the triterpenoids in the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum. METHODS Silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC were used as the major separation methods. Extensive spectroscopic methods,including 1D and2D NMR techniques,were used in structure elucidation. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Six triterpenoids were elucidated as ganosinensic acid C( Ⅰ),ganoderenic acid D( Ⅱ),ganoderic acid C6( Ⅲ),lucidenic acid A( Ⅳ),ganoderic acid N( Ⅴ) and ganoderic acid H( Ⅵ). Compound Ⅰ is a new lanostane triterpenoid containing an unusual skeleton.
