具有核壳结构的位点特异性药物载体的制备与表征

摘要 目的制备具有核壳结构的药物纳米载体,表征载体的结构并研究其毒性和吸附性能。方法以水热合成法制备具有超顺磁性的纳米Fe_3O_4球,在其表面包覆MCM-41分子筛以形成具有核壳结构的药物载体。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜手段鉴定了中间体以及载体的结构,并测试了吸附能力。结果与结论所得纳米药物载体具有位点特异性,直径为550 nm,外壳中MCM-41分子筛的孔径约2. 82 nm,具有较大的比表面积,可用于药物分子的装载。 OBJECTIVE To prepare core-shell structured nanoparticles for drug delivery,and to verify the nanostructure as well as the biocompatibility of the above composites. METHODS The superpara magnetic Fe_3 O_4 particles prepared by hydro-thermal reaction were chosen as the core to make the composite site-specific. Then MCM-41 molecular sieve was coated on the core to serve as a shell. The drug carrier together with its precursors were studied via TEM and SEM. N_2 adsorption/desorption were used to verify corresponding structures as well as the properties. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Nanoparticles with diameter of 550 nm were obtained in this study,and the nanocomposite shows magnetic responsive property. The molecular sieve on the shell exhibits cavities of2. 82 nm in diameter and could be used as a drug carrier.
