高职园林专业提升素质教育培养模式研究

摘要 园林技术专业现推行的是工学结合的人才培养模式,以此为切入点,加强工作过程系统化的课程体系建设,创新"四位一体"现代学徒制工学结合人才培养模式,建设"双师"结构的专业教学团队,构建校企合作"双主体"育人模式。 Garden technology major is basically promoting the personnel training model of the combination between work and study. This article takes this as an entry point to build a systematic curriculum system for the work process,and to create a new"four-inone"model for the integration of modern apprentice engineering and personnel training. The professional teaching team of "double teacher"structure is formed,and the model of"double subject"education of school and enterprise cooperation is constructed.
