摘要
为使新建松江河—长白铁路主要技术标准的选择满足运量及规范要求,根据预测运量及其在路网中的作用,分析松长铁路相邻铁路的现状及规划的主要技术标准,并结合工程建设条件,采取技术经济、运营成本、经济社会效益等多角度综合比选的方法,对旅客列车行驶速度、限制坡度、牵引种类、牵引质量等技术标准进行选择,最后提出新建松江河—长白铁路的主要技术标准,即旅客列车行驶速度目标值为120km/h平面预留160km/h、限制坡度采用13‰、牵引种类为电力牵引、牵引质量5000 t等。
To make the selection of major technical standards for the newly built SongjiangheChangbai Railway meet the requirements of traffic volume and specifications, this paper analyzes the present situation of the adjacent Songjianghe-Changbai Railway and the main technical standards for planning based on the predicted traffic volume and its role in the railway network, and adopts the multi-angle comprehensive selection method of technical economic, operational costs and economic social benefits in combination with the construction conditions of the project. Multiangle comprehensive comparison method is used to select the technical standards of passenger train speed, restricted slope, type of traction and traction quality. In the end, the technical standard recommendations that meet the requirements of traffic volume and specifications are proposed, which are, the passenger train design speed is 120 km/h, for plane section reserved at 160 km/h, ruling gradient is 13‰, electrified traction, traction quality is 5 000 t, etc.
