摘要
交通运输业是我国的主要能源消耗行业之一,铁路在交通运输业具有节能降耗的比较优势,为我国绿色交通发展提供有力支撑。从能源消费结构和能效水平2个方面,阐述铁路能源消耗现状,分析牵引动力结构调整和采暖方式变化2个节能指标的变化原因。在定量计算铁路外部节能效应的基础上,提出提高铁路市场份额、提升牵引能效水平、强化能源管理体系建设和降低供暖系统能耗等铁路节能效应对策,有利于推动绿色交通的可持续发展。
The transportation industry is one of the major energy consumption industries, and the railway possesses its own advantages in energy saving which is beneficial to green transportation development. The current situation of railway energy consumption is analyzed in terms of energy consumption structure and energy efficiency level. The reasons for the change of the indicators in recent years are analyzed from the two aspects of traction type and heating method. Based on the quantitative calculation of the external energy saving efficiency of railway, the solution for promoting the sustainable development of green transportation is put forward including increasing the market share of railway, improving traction energy efficiency, perfecting the energy management system and lowering energy consumption of the heating system.
