General solved methods of increasing steel scrap ratio for converter

摘要 介绍了提高转炉废钢比的各种方法及特点,并将这些方法应用于天津天钢联合特钢有限公司的转炉上,获得了良好的效果:与2016年相比,废钢比从3. 7%提高到32. 5%;钢产量由3 152 370 t提高到4 509 570 t;吨钢CO_2排放量降低了28. 6%;吨钢SO_2排放量,降低了24. 8%;吨钢NOx排放量降低了56. 1%,吨钢综合能耗降低9. 9 kg标煤。 Several methods and its characteristic of increasing scrap ratio for converter are introduced in this paper. These methods with high scrap ratio are practiced in Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co. ,Ltd. Compared with 2016,actual performances and its benefits are shown as follow, scrap ratio increase from 3.7 % to 32.5 % ,annual steel output increase from 3 152 370 t to 4 509 570 t, CO2 discharge reduce by 28.6 % ; S02 discharge reduce by 24.8 %, NOx discharge deduce by 56.1%, general energy consumption reduce by 9.9 kgce/t.
