摘要
随着糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)发病率的逐年增高和病程的延长,糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)已成为DM患者死亡的主要原因之一。而DCM的发病机制目前尚未完全阐明,建立理想的DCM动物模型才能更深入研究DCM的发病机理和干预措施。本文总结和讨论了DCM的主要动物实验模型的研究进展,从诱发性、自发性和转基因3类动物模型的发病机制、疾病表现、心脏病理改变以及应用现状等进行详细阐述,讨论各自的优缺点,为研究DCM的发病机制及相关药物开发提供参考。
With the increase of the incidence in diabetes and the prolongation of the course in disease,diabetic cardiomyopathy has become one of the main causes of death in Diabetic.However,the pathogenesis of DCM has not yet been fully elucidated.To establish an ideal DCM animal model can further study the pathogenesis and intervention measures of DCM.We summarizes and discusses the research progress of the experimental animal model of DCM in this paper.We discuss pathogenesis,manifestations,pathological changes of the heart and its application status in detail by 3 kinds of animal models which are the induced,spontaneous and transgenic animal models.We debate their advantages and disadvantages in order to provide a reference for the study of DCM pathogenesis and related drug development.
