广西六堡茶的研究进展

Research Progress of Guangxi Liupao Tea

六堡茶属于传统六大茶类之一的黑茶,是广西的地方性名茶。本文综述了六堡茶的适制茶树品种、加工工艺、微生物等三个方面的研究进展,以期为今后六堡茶的深入研究提供一定的参考。

Liupao tea belongs to dark tea which is one of the traditional Chinese six major teas and local famous tea of Guangxi. In this paper, the research progress of suitable tea varieties, processing technology, microorganism of Liupao tea was reviewed, providing some references for a further study on Liupao tea.
