肺癌放疗患者疾病感知与生活质量的相关分析

Current status of illness perception and analysis of its correlation with quality of life in patients undergoing radiotherapy for lung cancer

目的 调查肺癌放疗患者的疾病感知情况和生活质量,并探讨两者之间的相关性.方法 采用目的抽样法,选取2017年6—12月期间在某三甲医院进行肺癌放射治疗的118例患者作为研究对象.应用疾病感知问卷简化版（BIPQ）和生活质量核心问卷（QLQ-C30）调查患者的疾病感知和生活质量水平,应用Pearson相关分析两者之间的相关性.结果 肺癌放疗患者疾病感知得分为（52.22±9.87）分.生活质量得分最高的为躯体功能（62.45±12.56）分,最低的为恶心呕吐（20.65±8.78）分.除认知功能、疲劳、疼痛、食欲下降、腹泻、经济困难外,肺癌患者生活质量的各个分量表得分与疾病感知存在相关关系（r值分别为-0.26、-0.13、-0.41、-0.21、0.06、0.22、0.28、-0.38;P〈0.05）.结论 肺癌放疗患者疾病负性感知较多,生活质量水平较差,应采取相应护理措施,减少患者的负性感知,提高其生活质量.

Objective To investigate the illness perception and quality of life in patients undergoing radiotherapy for lung cancer and to explore its correlation with quality of life.Methods Totally 118 patients undergoing radiotherapy for lung cancer in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital between June and December 2017 were selected by purposive sampling. The Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire （BIPQ） and the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 （QLQ-C30） were used to investigate their illness perception and quality of life. The correlation between the two was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The illness perception score of these patients was （52.22±9.87）. In terms of quality of life, the highest score was found in psychical function （62.45±12.56）, whereas the lowest was found in nausea and vomiting （20.65±8.78）. The scores in different dimensions of the quality of life questionnaire for patients with lung cancer were correlated with illness perception （r=-0.26, -0.13, -0.41, -0.21, 0.06, 0.22, 0.28, -0.38;P〈0.05）, except for cognitive function, fatigue, pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea and financial difficulty.Conclusions Patients with lung cancer show more negative perception of illness and lower quality of life. Therefore, nursing measures shall be taken to reduce their negative perception and improve their quality of life.
