摘要
选取球磨-退火-SPS的方法制备了填充式方钴矿CoSb3金属间化合物,研究了在Yb填充下,Co位Ni替代与Sb位Te替代对CoSb3热电性能的影响。测试了300-800K的温度范围内,其热导率、电导率及赛贝克系数的值。结果表明,其热导率以及赛贝克系数的绝对值均随替代原子的增加而减小,而电导率随替代原子的增加而增加。在Yb填充及Ni与Te共同替代后,化合物获得了较好的热电优值,其热导率在700K时仅为2.2W·m^-1·K^-1,化合物Yb(0.3)Co(3.5)Ni(0.5)Sb(11.5)Te(0.5)在750K热电性能最佳,ZT值为0.75。
The ball milling-annealing-SPS method was used to prepare the intermetallic compound of CoSb3 filled by skutterudite.And the effects of Yb filled with Ni substitution of Co site and Te substitution of Sb site on the thermoelectric properties of CoSb3 was studied.The thermal conductivity,electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient were tested during 300-800 K.The results showed that with the substitution atoms increased,both the thermal conductivity and the absolute value of the Seebeck coefficient decreased while the electrical conductivity increased.After Yb filled and substitution of Ni and Te,the compound obtained a better thermoelectric figure of merit.Thermal conductivity reached 2.2 W·m^-1·K^-1 at 700 K.The compound Yb(0.3)Co(3.5)Ni(0.5)Sb(11.5)Te(0.5) got the best thermoelectric properties at 750 K,and the ZTvalue was 0.75.
