摘要
为研究干预策略对建筑工人习惯性不安全行为的作用效果,改善建筑施工的安全状况,运用SEM-SD的方法识别建筑工人习惯性不安全行为影响因素,并对各影响因素进行干预。首先,构建习惯性不安全行为的结构方程模型(SEM),确定各影响因素与各干预策略之间的路径系数;然后,利用系统动力学(SD)模型仿真各干预策略对各影响因素的干预效果。结果表明:干预策略实施过程中,建筑工人的安全价值观水平和安全能力水平显著提高,不安全心理水平、不安全生理水平和不安全行为水平均呈现先上升后下降的抛物线形式,建筑工人习惯性不安全行为得到有效调整。
For the sake of studying the effects of intervention strategies on habitual unsafe behavior of construction workers,and improving the safety of construction activities,the SEM-SD method was used to identify and intervene factors influencing construction workers' habitual unsafe behavior. Firstly,a SEM of habitual unsafe behavior was built to determine the path coefficients between the influencing factors and the intervention strategies. Then,the SD model was used to simulate the effects of intervention strategies on influencing factors. Study conclusion shows that as a result of implementing the intervention strategies,both the level of safety value and the level of safety ability of construction workers are raised significantly,the levels of unsafe psychology,unsafe physiology,and unsafe behavior show a parabolic form,i. e. they rise first and then decline,and habitual unsafe behavior of construction workers is effectively modified.
