现代中医诊断理论辨证体系的变迁

Vicissitude of Modern TCM Diagnostic Theory and Syndrome Differentiation System

教材作为现代中医理论的共识性文献,代表了现代中医理论的特点。为探讨现代中诊理论辨证体系的变迁,本文搜集整理全国统编《中医诊断学》1~9版教材,主要以各版教材的理论框架、理论表述内容、概念的变化为研究内容,比较其变化并对其进行提炼、梳理出现代中医诊断理论辨证体系的变化特点,同时对其形成的原因进行分析。通过梳理与比较发现,脏腑辨证成为现代中医辨证体系的核心内容,现代中医辨证体系逐渐"实体化"趋向及临床实践的需求推动了中医辨证体系的变化与发展。

This article discussed the changes of the syndrome differentiation system in modern diagnosis theory of TCM through the textbooks compiled by nation from 1 to 9 versions on TCM diagnostics. The research contents include theory framework,theoretic content and concept of each version. All of the research contents were compared and the causes of the changes were discussed. It found that viscera syndrome differentiation is the core content in modern syndrome differentiation system in TCM. Modern syndrome differentiation system tends to materialization. Clinical practice promotes the development of syndrome differentiation system.
