胃癌中医证型与基因、蛋白相关性研究现状

Research Progress of Correlation between TCM Syndrome Type and Gene and Protein in Gastric Cancer

通过文献整理将胃癌中医证型与基因、蛋白相关性的研究现状进行综述。整理发现,当前研究中以下几种蛋白和基因与胃癌中医证型关系紧密,如MMP-9、TIMP-2、HER-2、RPL23、MDM2、Rb基因、Livin蛋白、VEGF、p53基因、CD151等。研究中存在的问题,如辨证分型不统一、样本量少等。今后研究宜规范胃癌的中医辨证分型,进行大样本、多因素的研究,深入研究胃癌中医证型与基因、蛋白相关性。

In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of correlation between TCM syndromes and genes and proteins in gastric cancer by literature review. It has been found that the following proteins and genes are closely related to the TCM Syndromes of gastric cancer： MMP-9,TIMP-2,HER-2,RPL23,MDM2,Rb,Livin,VEGF,p53,CD151 and so on. However,there are some problems in the study,such as the disunity of the dialectical types and the small amount of samples. In the future,we should focus on the standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer,and on this basis,conduct a large sample and multi factor study,in order to explore the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and gene and protein in gastric cancer.
