从知识论视野看名师工作室引领教师个体专业发展

摘要 知识论视野下的教师个体专业发展就是教师个体专业知识不断发展的过程。名师工作室能够引领教师个体明确专业知识需求、理解专业知识、应用专业知识、内化专业知识、创新专业知识、共享专业知识。文章就此展开论述。
