摘要
以棒状和针状两种晶型的紫钨为原料,制备了超细钨粉及超细碳化钨粉。采用扫描电镜、比表面仪、激光粒度分布仪和X射线衍射仪等对粉末进行分析,研究了棒状紫钨和针状紫钨对超细碳化钨粉粒度的影响。结果表明,以针状紫钨为原料能制备粒度更细的优质超细碳化钨粉。
Using rod-shaped and needle-shaped violet tungsten oxides as raw materials, ultra-fine tungsten powders and ultra-fine tungsten carbide powders were prepared. The effects of rod-shaped and needle- shaped violet tungsten oxides on particle size of ultra-fine tungsten carbide powders were studied by using scanning electron microscope,specific surface meter,laser particle size distribution analyzer and X-ray dif- fractometer. The results show that high-quality ultra-fine tungsten carbide powder with finer particle size can be prepared by using needle-shaped violet tungsten oxide as the raw material.
