基于加权双剪强度理论的井壁竖向承载力研究 被引量:2

摘要 为掌握煤矿井壁结构竖向极限承载特性,进行了理论与试验研究,并基于加权双剪强度理论,求解了井壁在围压和轴压共同作用下的弹塑性解。以C60、C70强度等级混凝土井壁为例,利用数值模拟结果对得到的井壁竖向极限承载力公式进行修正,并将模型试验值、模拟值、修正后理论值进行对比分析。结果表明:与试验值相比,模拟值和修正后理论值最大偏差分别为3. 15%、5. 13%,修正后的竖向极限承载力公式对井壁模型试验和立井井筒设计具有一定的指导意义。 In order to obtain the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of mine shaft lining structure, theoretical and experimental research was carried out. Based on the weighted double shear strength theory,the elasto-plastic solution of a thick-wall cylinder subjected to external pressure p0 and axial pressure P is solved. Taking the concrete shaft lining of C60 and C70 strength grade as an example,the vertical ultimate bearing capacity formula of the shaft lining was corrected by numerical simulation results. The model test results,simulation results and corrected theoretical results were compared and analyzed. The results show that: compared with the experimental value,the maximum deviations between the simulation results and the corrected theoretical value are 3. 15% and 5. 13%. Therefore, the modified vertical ultimate bearing capacity formula has certain guiding significance for the shaft lining model test and shaft lining design.
