“一带一路”与成渝经济区及中国西部开放开发新探索

中国西部地区深处亚欧大陆内部,"一带一路"建设将其推向了开放前沿。成渝经济区是中国西部开放最有实力最有基础的战略高地,"一带一路"背景下,成渝经济区发展迎来重大机遇。本文通过梳理西部地区特别是成渝经济区在中国对外开放和"一带一路"建设中的地位,明确其发展目标、定位,从开放载体、基础设施、市场开拓、区域协同等方面提出其参与"一带一路"建设的路径,并对发展态势进行展望,希望能对推进"一带一路"建设及西部开发提供参考和帮助。
