“文化+”发展战略下的老街复兴规划方法探析——以渌口老街保护与发展规划为例

在国家实施"文化+"发展战略的政策背景下,老街的保护与发展成为延续城市历史文脉、凝聚城市精神的重要载体。文章基于渌口老街存在的现实问题,提出在城市"文化+"战略下,应当主动将文化遗产保护和城市建设有机地结合起来。通过产业植入,打造城市的文化名片,延续城市的历史文脉,重塑老街活力。

Under the policy background of the national implementation of ＂culture ＋＂ development strategy, the protection and development of old street has become an important carrier to continue the historical context of the city and unify the spirit of the city. Based on the practical problems of lukou Lao street, this paper proposes that under the strategy of ＂culture ＋＂, cultural heritage protection and urban construction should be combined organically, and the cuhural name card of the city should be created through industrial implantation, so as to continue the historical context of the city and reshape the vitality of Lao street.
