The contradiction between engineering cost and structural optimization design is a problem that can not be ignored in the field of construction engineering. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between the two, the detailed project cost control scheme is formulated, which is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the construction unit. On the basis of exploring the factors affecting the construction cost in the optimization design of the building structure, this paper probes into the measures to optimize the structure design and reduce the cost of the project.
