With the continuous expansion of the regulation of the development of capitalist market economy in the world, China＇s social insurance fund has also implemented a new operation and management mode, which enables China＇s social insurance fund to maintain and increase value. However, there are still some problems in the operation and management mode of China＇s social insurance fund under the new situation, which need to be further improved. Based on this, the author discusses in detail the deficiencies of the operation and management mode of China＇s social insurance fund under the new situation based on years of practical work experience, and gives targeted improvement measures, hoping to provide reference basis for practical work.
