建设项目全过程工程造价控制探析

随着我国建筑行业的不断发展进步,建设项目的工程造价在建筑工程领域越来越受到关注。作为建设项目中的重要组成部分,工程造价对于整个项目的实施具有重要影响,同时对工程造价而言,其影响因素通常来源于多方面,因此在建设项目中开展全过程工程造价研究尤为重要。本文针对建设项目中工程造价的全过程控制进行了分析。

With the continuous development and progress of China＇s construction industry, the engineering cost of construction projects has attracted more and more attention in the field of architectural engineering. As an important part of the construction project, the project cost has an important influence on the implementation of the whole project. Meanwhile, for the project cost, its influencing facto~ usually come from many aspects. Therefore, it is very important to study the whole-process engineering cost of the construction project. This paper analyses the whole process control of project cost in construction project.
