十八大以来,习近平面向社会不同群体就担当作为提出了不同的要求,具体表现在五个方面:党员干部要敢于当担,善于作为;青年学生要立鸿鹄志,做奋斗者;知识分子要主动担当,积极作为;文艺工作者要坚守理想,勇于创新;政府部门要容错纠错,激励作为。以习近平同志为核心的党中央协同国家其他机构对此作了相应部署,为践行习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想提供了正确导向。
